Regulatory Filing
Submissions where every claim resolves to a signed source
Regulatory reviewers question the basis of every material claim, and the slowest part of most filings is answering "where did this come from" after the fact. CueCrux answers it in advance. As agents gather evidence against each requirement, every claim in the pack acquires a receipt linking it to the regulatory text, guidance document, or data source behind it, on a hash-chained spine that makes the assembly tamper-evident.
Verification does not require trusting the filer. The evidence pack exports as a self-contained bundle that a reviewer, or your own regulatory affairs sign-off, can verify offline against the signatures and hash chain.
Nothing goes out the door on agent authority alone. Filing-class work carries a high risk class, which routes it through a human gate that cannot auto-approve past a timeout; the approval is recorded as a signed fact naming the approver. Judgement calls made during preparation, on interpretation, scoping, or presentation, land in decision records, so the filing file carries its own rationale.
The result is a submission process that is faster because the provenance question was answered while the work happened, not reconstructed afterwards.
