What is the local operator console?

The daemon ships with an operator console at localhost:14800. It is local like everything else: no hosted dependency, no account.

Four surfaces cover most operator work:

• Canvas board. A spatial view of what the store knows and how it is being used.
• Relation graph. The entity and relation structure behind graph-fused retrieval, browsable.
• ExecPlans kanban. Plans and the live work board: what is planned, in progress, blocked, and done, with each state change receipted.
• Sessions. Live and historical sessions, checkpoints, and handoffs.

It is the first place to look when troubleshooting: pending revocation acks, refusal receipts, and budget-trimmed retrievals all surface here before you ever need raw logs.
