Diligence for a transaction is evidence assembly under time pressure, which is why teams throw agents at it, and why the output so often cannot be defended later. CueCrux fixes the second half. As agents work through financial, legal, regulatory, and IP dimensions, every retrieval and every finding mints a signed CROWN receipt, hash-chained into an append-only spine. The pack that reaches the decision-makers is not a summary asking to be believed; it is a trail that replays.

The export is the point. A diligence bundle leaves as a .cruxpack that the counterparty, external counsel, or a lender's advisers verify offline: no CueCrux account, no access to your systems, no trust required. Tampering fails verification, and tamper-rejection is tested as a release-blocking CI gate on the daemon itself.

Honesty about coverage is built into the format. Where evidence is thin or contested, the record says so, which lets decision-makers calibrate rather than assume completeness. And because judgement calls are captured as decision records, the deal file explains itself when someone revisits it in two years.
